Refund policy

Our online policy is the same as our physical store policy. Within 14 days of receiving the merchandise Whit offers exchange or store credit for unused, unworn, store quality returns. Tags must be on the clothing.

Sale merchandise is final sale. Bathing suits and underwear are final sale.

Purchases may be exchanged or returned for credit at our physical store at 239 Princess Street Kingston, within the return period outlined above.

WHIT does NOT offer REFUNDS on our merchandise.

Whit is not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage charges that may be incurred when the package is imported to your country. Any additional shipping costs, customs fees and taxes incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
